Nope! Your Open Play visit has no time limit. Enjoy the play areas for as long as you wish!

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to bring in outside food and beverages either during Open Play or for your private party! We just ask that food and drinks stay out of the play areas.

Our regular Open Play hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 9am - 7pm. However, private party reservations may require for the facility to be temporarily closed to the public during certain days and times of the week. Please refer to our Open Play weekly schedule for our hours!

We allow for two adults to accompany each visit free of charge. Each additional adult is $6.

Yes of course! In order to save time, we highly recommend completion of waivers ahead of time via our website. Click here to fill our your waiver now! Waivers must be completed by ALL guests upon check-in either in-person or in advance. 

After deciding on a party package that best suits your needs, provide us with your full name, email address, and phone number and we will send you either an email or text message for your deposit to be made. Then you will officially be put on our calendar! Call us, send us an email, or send us a message on Instagram for additional info!

Yes, we require shoes to be taken off and socks to be worn by all children and adults that enter the play areas. You may use your own socks or we will have anti-slip socks available for purchase at the front counter. 

Our entire facility is cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. We also conduct deep cleaning sessions top to bottom every week to ensure thorough sanitation. Our dedicated cleaning staff follows proper protocols and uses industry-approved products. 

For the ultimate play experience, we recommend our play areas for kiddos up to 7 years old. Our play areas include medium-sized slides, a ballpit, zipline, trampoline, and a smaller area designated for crawlers!

No, we do not provide day care services and drop-offs are not allowed. All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times within the facility.
